Arrival at the hotel - Check in
- Wearing a mask is optional.
- When entering the hotel, you must disinfect your hands in the dispenser provided.
- All guests will be asked to identify themselves
- All the information you need for your stay will be available during the check-in and also via QR Codes
- If you are staying with us for more than 1 night, please let us know if you want daily cleaning service during your stay
During your Stay - Preventive Measures
- We have alcohol gel dispensers available in all areas of the hotel, so we ask you to use it whenever necessary
- Elevators must not be used simultaneously by people who do not belong to the same group / family
- Non-essential objects were removed from the rooms
- We intensified the frequency and disinfection of common surfaces and objects
What happens if you get sick (suspected or confirmed) by Covid-19 during your stay?
- We will implement and put into practice the measures foreseen by the Portuguese Health Organisation for Hospitality and Tourism – these measures are included in our Contingency Plan.
- If, due to illness, if you need to extend your stay at our hotel, you will be charged the cost of the additional nights and the cost of any changes to future reservations for your room.
Breakfast
Breakfast Room: buffet breakfast from 8 am until 10.30 am, where we ask for regular hands disinfection (before and after using the buffet tongs).
- Please inform at the check-in or until 6 pm if you prefer an alternative type of breakfast:
Take Away Bag: it can be delivered to your room (at the pre-selected time). This breakfast consists of: 1 bread, 1 croissant, mini jam, butter, cheese and ham, 1 slice of cake, 1 juice, 1 piece of fruit and 1 yoghurt. This service is free of charge.
Served in the Room: you must complete the relevant form with the preferred options and select a time. This service has an additional cost of 15 €
Outdoor Swimming Pool
Access to this pool does not require an appointment. The number of sun loungers has been reduced due to the social distance. We provide a spray product so you can clean the lounger / chair if you wish.
Indoor Pool
Access to this pool requires prior appointment. The duration of each appointment is 1 hour. We suggest that you make an appointment at check-in. Mandatory use of cap and flip flops.
Kids Place & Pool Table
Limited capacity and access to this room in order to control the necessary distance.
Living Room & Honesty Bar
Limited capacity and access to this room in order to control the necessary distance.
Check-out
We kindly ask you to leave your window wide open before you vacate your room.
The room key-card must be left in the relevant box, at the reception.
The invoice for your stay will be sent to your e-mail address. If you prefer to have it on paper, please inform us.
The card payment terminal will be disinfected after each use.
