HOTEL RULES UPDATE - WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Your room…
- It was cleaned and disinfected according to the National Authority of Health (DGS – Direção Geral de Saúde) recommendations
- We use Diversey and Imporquimica products that ensure full cleaning and disinfection during the pandemic situation
- During our cleaning procedures, we also use water steam equipment, that reaches 100ºC temperatures, as an additional disinfection measurement
- Non-essential objects were removed from the rooms
- Minibar contains only 1 jug of water for you to use. The rest of the products have been removed, but you can request them at the reception. We will make them available to you (as per the minibar price list)
- If you are staying with us for more than 1 night, please let us know if you want daily cleaning service during your stay
Common areas…- We appreciate your cooperation in using a face mask whenever you circulate and stay in common areas (breakfast room, halls, stairs, lifts, leaving room, etc)
- Elevators must not be used simultaneously by people who do not belong to the same group / family. Please disinfect your hands after using it
- Please keep the safety distance between other guests
- We intensified the frequency and disinfection of common surfaces and objects
Breakfast – 2nd Floor
During check-in, we gave you information about breakfast options. In case you haven't decided yet which option you want, please let us know by 6 pm what type of breakfast you prefer.
Breakfast room:
Buffet breakfast subject to pre-booked hours. These shifts can be changed depending on the hotel's occupancy on that day: - 1st: 8h00 - 8h40
- 2nd: 8h40 - 9h20
- 3rd: 9h20 - 10h00
- 4th: 10h00 - 10h40
- The use of face mask is mandatory to enter this room and whenever you get up from your table
- When entering the room, please disinfect your hands in the dispenser that is located on the left side of the door
- You can choose to have breakfast in the pool terrace, at the available tables
- Whenever you help yourself to the buffet, please use your face mask, as well as the disposable gloves provided (throw away after each use)
- Please wait your turn whenever you wish to help yourself to the buffet, so that social distance is maintained
- If you need additional dishes, please ask us
- All tables and chairs will be disinfected after each use
"Take Away" Bag Breakfast:
- Free service
- It can be delivered to your room (at the pre-selected time) between 8h00 to 11h00 am
- This breakfast consists of: 1 bread, 1 croissant, mini jam, butter, cheese and ham, 1 slice of cake, 1 juice, 1 piece of fruit and 1 yoghurt
Served in the Room:
Indoor and Outdoor Pools – 2nd Floor and Ground Floor 9 am to 8 pm - Outdoor pool: access is free of charge, without pre-booking
- Indoor pool: access is free of charge, pre-booking required (1h usage). The use of a cap is mandatory.
- Please shower before you enter the water
- Wear flip flops whenever you are in the terraced areas
- Please check if the sunbed / furniture that you wish to use has the green sign (it means it was desinfected)
- Please put the red sign on the sunbed / furniture when you leave, so that the next clients can identify that it has already been used and can disinfected it if they wish to (by using the available desinfectant for that purpose)
- Do not change the position of the sunbeds / furniture
- The restrooms by the pool are closed. Please use your room's bathroom or the WC by the reception on the 3rd floor
Living Room | Honesty Bar – 3rd Floor- The use of face mask is mandatory to enter this room and whenever you get up from your seat
- Please disinfect your hands when entering the room, in the available dispenser
- We have limited the capacity and access to the living room and honesty bar, so that we can control the necessary distance and disinfection regularly.
- This space is limited to the capacity and furniture position. Please do not change the layout
- Whenever helping yourself to any product/crockery, use disposable gloves (throw away after each use)
- Please note your consumption on the available form
- Space and surfaces will be disinfected frequently
Kids Place | Billiard Table – Ground Floor- This door will be closed whenever is not being used
- Please request the key at the reception if you wish to access this space
- In order to use the pool table, please request the balls at the reception
- Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the space, in the available dispenser
- When you finish, please return the key to the reception. The space will be disinfected for new use
- Only one family at the same time is allowed in this space
What happens if you get sick (suspected or confirmed) by Covid-19 during your stay? - We will implement and put into practice the measures foreseen by the Portuguese Health Organisation for Hospitality and Tourism – these measures are included in our Contingency Plan.
- If due to illness, if you need to extend your stay at our hotel, you will be charged the cost of the additional nights and the cost of any changes to future reservations for your room
Check-out - Taking into account the longer cleaning and disinfection procedures that are required at this time, the maximum check-out time is 12h00
- We kindly ask you to leave your window wide open before you vacate your room
- The invoice for your stay will be sent to your e-mail address. If you prefer to have it on paper, please inform us.
- The room key-card must be left in the relevant box, at the reception
- The card payment terminal will be disinfected after each use
